This supplemental alphabet is provided here to assist you in personalizing the pattern Happy Birthday. The letters W, M and Z are wider and will not fit in the space allowed over four threads. If this problem relates to your names, stitch the letters over two threads to allow space for the extra width. |

 Correction for A FINE COLLECTION: October's Harvest on page 30 The thread is not silk as written in the text. The brand is Wildflowers by Caron. The thread is tightly twisted. You stitch with the thread as it comes in the skein. Marigold is the correct color. I'm sorry for this error. If you do use the silk floss Waterlillies by Caron you would need to use 2 strands of silk floss. Marigold would be the correct color of silk floss also. |

Several quilters have had a difficult time with space
while appliquéing the basket block to the background. Cut away 1/8" from the base of
the triangle template. The reduction in size will allow plenty of space for the handle and
dogteeth triangles in the top panel of the CAMP REVEILLE quilt. Our book Higdon Camp incorrectly lists the background fabric for the center block as #1700-53. The correct number is #1700-59. 1¼ yards are needed for this center block. |

 Use 4 strands of floss over one canvas thread. This makes the picture 10 count. |

Corrections for WARM HEARTS |
 The templates for
the bird and leaves were left out of the book, WARM HEARTS. I know you will need these!
All of the templates on these two pages are for the "Warm Hearts" quilt border.
A scale is included on the templates; when you print the patterns check to see if you have the correct size. The files were adjusted to print the correct size from Internet Explorer 5.0 when the header and footer are omitted, but probably won't be the right size on any other browser. If yours are not to scale take them to a copy machine and reduce or enlarge to make them the correct size.
